Vertigo, Or No?

as your world started to become a bit more tilted? Do rooms seem to spin around you, even when you are standing still? Do you feel like you’re losing your balance when you are standing on solid ground? Are you wondering if you could have something called Vertigo?

If you are experiencing any of these feelings, you could have something called Vertigo or Benign Paroxysmal Positional Vertigo (BPPV). Vertigo has several different signs and symptoms in addition to these other ones. Vertigo is not just something that makes you dizzy or imbalanced.

Some other common signs and symptoms of Vertigo include:

  • Some level of hearing loss may accompany vertigo
  • Your ears may begin to ring
  • Nausea, vomiting, or the feeling that you have to vomit can be a signal that you have Vertigo
  • Nystagmus is an abnormal movement or twitching of your eyes, and it may be a symptom of Vertigo
  • Any of these symptoms can have a headache that accompanies it
  • Increased perspiration may be more present if you have Vertigo

There are several reasons you may be experiencing Vertigo. In addition, your Vertigo may last a few moments, but it can be something you will suffer from long term as well.
